The location of the hotel was at at busy area. The rooms were decent sized. The night we reached, there was a party going on outside the club in the hotel, and we couldnt sleep till 5 am, as people were shouting, and loud music from the club. The reception staff were very kind and gave us all the right directions whenever we asked for one.

Everything in the room itself was great. The cleaning staff were polite. Location is top, being that it is beside a mall, and is walking distance to tans, shops, and the cathedral. The separate waiting lounges at the lobby are a wonderful idea (see photo), but it would have been better if the ladies at the front desk told us about it while my family waited. The front desk staff could not find my name, and then thought a 5 year old would need a crib instead of a bed. It was so hard for me to explain to them that I asked for 2 twin beds for my daughters (which was what I booked on your website.) In the end, the beds were better than expected, but we could have done without the stress during check in.

The hotel is part of a shopping mall which is handy if you don't have breakfast there as you can buy it in the mall. It's super close to the old centre and also the train station.

Location is perfect. We came with our daughter, extra bed given for her was very nice as well. Service personnel are friendly and helpfully.
